The location was excellent - close to the train station and Pompeii ruins. Spacious family room with beautiful courtyard view. Very good included breakfast with a variety of options. Friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, just a stone's throw away from the train station and the famous ruins. It's perfect for exploring the area and grabbing a delicious pizza nearby. Plus, the staff are friendly and the rooms have all the necessary amenities, including reliable WiFi.

Great location, close to major attractions and easy walking distance to public transportation. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was pretty good and the outdoor eating area was delightful.
The hotel advertised air conditioning, but in reality, it did not work during our stay. The wifi was not functioning either, which was frustrating.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the Pompeii ruins as it was just a short walk away. Being so close made it super convenient for us to visit multiple times and fully immerse ourselves in the history. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided efficient service, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities including good Wi-Fi.
No improvement necessary, everything was great!

The room was peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed the outdoor dining areas and the food was tasty. Staff was helpful and welcoming.
The Wi-Fi didn't work during the stay and there was no air conditioning available. Despite the advertising of air conditioning, it had been swapped with heating for the winter.

This hotel was conveniently close to the railway station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. It had comfortable rooms and a clean bathroom. the breakfast was basic, but included in the price. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the free parking was a plus.
The restaurant left a lot to be desired and the food was subpar.
